Terms of Service

Storecrew provides tools that help merchants generate Shopify storefront drafts, products, pages, collections, storefront sections, assets, and related launch workflows.

You are responsible for your account, your team members, your Shopify store, and the content you submit or approve for publishing.

You may use Storecrew only in compliance with applicable law, Shopify policies, and these Terms.

When you connect a Shopify store, you authorize Storecrew to access and modify store resources within the scopes granted during installation.

Storecrew prepares drafts and workflow outputs, but you are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing.

When you choose to publish to Shopify, Storecrew may create or update Shopify resources such as products, pages, collections, files, metaobjects, policies, privacy settings, theme assets, and templates.

AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate suggestions. You must review generated copy, designs, legal text, product claims, prices, and storefront content before using them.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to any files, images, URLs, prompts, product information, brand assets, and other materials you submit to Storecrew.

Storecrew may create backups before writing theme assets to Shopify. Backups and rollback are provided to reduce operational risk, but they are not a substitute for your own store backups and review process.

You remain responsible for testing published changes and confirming that your storefront works as expected.

Paid access, plan limits, credits, and billing terms are presented at checkout or in your account settings.

You are responsible for any fees, taxes, and charges associated with your use of Storecrew.

You may not use Storecrew to violate laws, infringe rights, upload malware, abuse Shopify APIs, scrape content unlawfully, interfere with the service, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of Storecrew creates security, legal, platform, or operational risk.

Storecrew may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to operate reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Third-party services such as Shopify, hosting providers, billing providers, storage providers, and AI providers may affect availability or functionality.

Storecrew is provided as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storecrew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Storecrew after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
